Gold and Silver members were invited to the exclusive disruption on True Motivation Factors with Inscape Baltic which was followed by Wine Degustation.
Norbertas Akromas, Inscape Baltic, presented X and Y generations and how does generation influence affect motivation factors; presented the ‘Candle Problem’ - cognitive performance task that helps to evaluate people performance; explained about differences between what science say and what people do and revealed how to be one step ahead. Lina Mieliauskiene, General Director of Inscape Baltic actively participated at the discussion after the presentation and answered loads of questions by the members.
The discussions continued with wine from Baltic Wine & Spirits. Members tasted 6 different kinds of wine from various regions.
The event was held at the Radisson Blu Astorija Hotel.
