R. PILKAUSKO STATINIŲ PROJEKTAVIMO BIURAS was established in 1993.
The company was restructured into UAB „ STATINIŲ PROJEKTAVIMO BIURAS“ in 2004.

UAB “STATINIŲ PROJEKTAVIMO BIURAS” is a certified company. Its management system meets OHSAS 18001:2007/LST 1997:2008; ISO 9001/2008/LST EN ISO 9001:2008; ISO 14001:2004/LST EN ISO 14001:2005 managements system’s standard requirements.

The company is growing each year by expanding its current project scopes and geographical area. Most modern computer design technologies are being used for design work of buildings, which helps to solve specific engineering tasks.

UAB LitCapital Asset Management is an independent professional Lithuanian private equity fund management company. Founded in 2010, LitCapital Asset Management currently manages a 20 million euro size venture capital fund KŪB Litcapital I. 

LitCapital I was established under the JEREMIE initiative in cooperation with European Investment Fund (EIF) and is aimed at investing into expansion of private Lithuanian companies. The Fund’s target industries are IT, services (B2B, B2C), consumer goods (production, sales), medicine (products and services) and bioenergy, where Fund managers look for companies with proven business concepts and clear expansion opportunities. The investments are long-term and seek to create rapid value growth of the portfolio companies. The value is later realized by selling investee companies’ shares.

Currently, Fund’s portfolio includes three companies:
• UAB “Putokšnis” – a leading manufacturer of PET pre-forms and PET bottles in the Baltic states.
• UAB “Lignoterma” –a bioenergy generation company, building a 30 MW thermo powerplant for an industrial client in Panevėžys.
• UAB “Brolis Semiconductors” – a high-tech semiconductor technologies company, specializing in the design and development of long-wavelength mid-infrared laser diodes and molecular beam epitaxy technology.

NLCC at DNB Baltics Seminar in Oslo

DNB, NLCC‘s Gold Member, organized a big event in Oslo dedicated to Baltic States and their business potential for foreign investors. Around 140 people of various spheres ranging from businessmen to government representatives showed up keen to find out what the Baltic States can offer and what potential they have for Norwegian investors.


The Seminar was opened by Mr Leif Teksum, Group Executive Vice President, DNB introduction speech about how successfully they have been operating in Baltic States since 1996 and what kind of potential the three Baltic States have. After introduction to political developments and ES Funding programs, made by Assistant Director General Vibeke Rysst-Jensen, Section for Central-Europe and EEA (EØS, Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, an Ambassador from each Baltic country presented the opportunities in their countries and expressed gratitute for creating a seminar of such scale and potential for the three countries. 

Later the attendants in Oslo had also the opportunity to hear presentation about Market Opportunities and Public Financing of business projects in the Baltics , made by Ms Tiina Link, Director of the Baltics, Innovation Norway . Mr. Ants Mailend, Attorney at Law, partner in Pan-Baltic Law Firm Varul gave  10 Free Legal Advice on how to succeed in Baltics. Mr. Kolbjørn Midttun, General manager,  Mirror Support Services, UAB made presentation about how to succeed in Baltics, based on Mirror Support Services experience in Lithuania.

Mr Terje Turnes, Head of DNB  Baltic Division, presented DNB in the Baltics – banking for the future and Ms Anne Kath Arnesen, Head of Retail Banking, DNB Baltic Division,  presented DNB Plus program, which offered  advantages for Norwegian companies in the Baltics. 

The seminar was finished by nice music, performed by famous the Estonian singer Hedvig Hanson.

Norwegian – Lithuanian Chamber of Commerce is very proud to have attended and having the opportuinty to present Chamber's activities and Members to potential businesses by Lithuania stand.

This informational seminar was aimed to attract foreign businesses to Lithuania and to help mark it on the map by spreading the word about Lithuania's economy and what potential it possesses. Currently there are over 1000 Norwegian companies in the Baltic States and we hope that this initiative by DNB will be fruitful by attracting more potential businesses interested in expanding their activities to the Baltic economies.

ERVIK FISK is a Norwegian brand name for frozen wild fish of very high quality.

ERVIK FISK company is owned by Ervik Havfiske AS-  Norways largest longline fishing company.

Ervik Havfiske AS is involved in more than 20 modern longline vessels.  Annual catch  is between 15-20.000 tons of fish, delivered primarily in headed and gutted form. In addition to cod and haddock, ling, tusk fish and catfish are also caught. The company is involved in fishing for toothfish in the Southern Ocean in collaboration with British and French companies.

All fishing is conducted using bottom lines with automatic baiting.The catch is immediately frozen on board pre-rigor.

Environmental certification

Ervik Havfiske is proactively leading the way in the eco-labelling of cod and had dock from  the Barents Sea. The fishery is certified by the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council), one of the leading, if not the leading, eco-labels in the world. Together with Domstein, the company is certified pursuant to the Swedish KRAV label for Norwegian cod and haddock. Most of the boats are certified pursuant to these rules.

Food for the world

Longlining is an eco-friendly fishing method. The method is selective in relation to species and size. It cause very little damage to the sea bed and provides high quality catches while consuming little fuel.

These modern, advanced vessels fish in the Barents Sea, the Norwegian Sea, off the Faeroe Islands, the Shetlands,Iceland, the west of Ireland and in the North Sea, as well as fishing in Antartic waters.
Responsible fishing means catching the right fish, at the right age, in the best possible condition, and as efficiently as possible. In other words, protecting the safety of the crew and causing as little damage to the environment as possible.
