UniCall was originally established in Norway, but with a presence in Scandinavia and Eastern Europe. The company currently has more than 500 employees at 10 centers in 5 countries. Centers are located in Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, the Czech Republic and Romania, but their activities are directed to the most countries in Europe. The company is a full service call center, providing all services within the outbound and inbound telemarketing, as well as back office services.
